Please note that due to limited stock, exchanges for items may or may not be available.
The dispatch of exchanged goods will only occur after we have received the returned items, conducted a quality check, and approved the exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. However, in the case of any manufacturing defects, we will arrange for the pickup at our own expense.

While we do not facilitate product returns, we are more than happy to facilitate exchanges specifically for items with manufacturing defects.
